What is the Quranic Arabic course?
Quranic Arabic focuses only on the language of the Quran. You learn the most common words, how Arabic sentences are built and how word forms change meaning. Every rule is practised directly with verses, so you see your understanding grow from the first month.

Quranic Arabic questions
Is Quranic Arabic the same as spoken Arabic?
No. This course teaches classical Arabic as used in the Quran, not a modern spoken dialect.
Do I need to read Arabic first?
Yes, you should be able to read the Arabic letters. If not, start with our Noorani Qaida course.
How soon will I understand verses?
Within the first months you recognise many common words. After about 6 months most students translate short surahs themselves.
Is there homework?
Short vocabulary and translation exercises, shared through your student portal.
