What is the Noorani Qaida online course?
The Noorani Qaida is the classic first step to reading the Quran. In live 1-on-1 lessons your tutor teaches you every Arabic letter, its correct sound (makharij) and how letters join into words, with the vowel signs and basic Tajweed rules. Lessons follow your pace, so children and adults both learn with confidence.

Noorani Qaida course questions
How long does it take to finish the Noorani Qaida?
Most students finish in 2 to 4 months with 4 or 5 lessons a week. Young children may take a little longer, and that is completely fine.
Can my child learn the Noorani Qaida online?
Yes. Children from age 4 learn well in short 30-minute 1-on-1 lessons with a patient tutor, and parents are always welcome to watch.
I am an adult and cannot read Arabic at all. Is that okay?
Absolutely. The course starts from the very first letter. No prior Arabic is needed.
What do I need for the lessons?
A laptop, tablet or phone with Zoom and a stable internet connection. Your tutor shares the Noorani Qaida pages on screen.
What comes after the Noorani Qaida?
You move on to Quran reading with Tajweed with the same tutor, so there is no break in your learning.
